What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, work the same way. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”.
How we use them
Necessary cookies always work. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you allow them in the cookie banner. Until you make a choice, we do not load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
- Necessary — keep the site secure and remember your cookie choice. They cannot be turned off.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4: how many people visit the site, which pages they open, whether they send the request form.
- Marketing — Meta Pixel: measuring the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and showing ads to people who have visited the site.

The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is sent by a person. Turnstile is used only for spam protection, not for analytics or advertising.
How to change your choice
Click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page or the button below. If you withdraw consent, we delete our analytics and marketing cookies on ticketcrm.org and stop loading these services. Meta’s cookies on facebook.com can be deleted in your browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will keep working.
